IPPT Gold?/ 9:07 AM

Woke up with an aching body, especially my arms, chest, abs and a little on my thighs. This is due to yesterday's intensive chin up regime with some platoon 3 guys, including Ignatius, BoonKian & Wenlong before lunch and after our run with PC. I think I've been slacking for too long that's why my number of chin ups have decreased by 1-2. Besides the chin up regime, we had to run during our standyby days. Yesterday, the PC brought us to run around the 2.4km route for 1 round then frm there, led us to Northern and back. He claims the distance we ran was equivalent of 3 rounds around the 2.4km route. But I'm sure it was way more than 3km. Nevertheless, I have to say that I enjoyed the run cos I was pushing almost to my limit trying to catch up with the PC & run ahead of the pack. I didn't felt tired after the run but after a night's rest, all the aches kicked in!

Yesterday, we received information that CO gave the orders to conduct weekly IPPT sessions to ensure that we maintain our fitness. Those who couldn't pass have to stay back for Remedial Training (RT), which basically burning our bookout time. Not that I am scared or unable to pass my IPPT (hello, I'm a silver candidate ok? Just that it was CAT I, and they cancelled my run, thus making the IPPT that I got silver void.) I simply cannot understand what's CO thinking conducting weekly IPPT if a person has no monetary awards or incentives of any kind when he gets a silver/ gold during time in flight.I think if everyone has to participate in the weekly IPPT, most probably our fitness may dip even further cos of the mental and physical strain we'd be experiencing after mounting for 7 duties (21 hours) in 2 days, lack of rest and then hafta chiong for IPPT. They should make it a monthly IPPT instead & allow those who gets a pass/silver/gold to be excused from RT.

Hmmz, at this rate we're going, I believe getting IPPT Gold wouldn't be a far fetched dream for many of the Shift 2 guys, after 3-6 more months of intensive training.

the tagboard must be in this format, otherwise will be deemed unusable and ugly, out of place. It must be in a width of maximum 230px; which cannot be any smaller as well.

It has to be a total height of 200px as well, otherwise it will stretch and become ugly. and you can look at the screenshot for reference of how it will look like when it's perfect.
