a story of a boy/ 12:15 AM There's always an easier way out in life. It's a matter of choice of whether you do it or you don't. A boy some time back made that decision. He didn't know what else he could do but he just felt that he should do it. Was he expecting something? Maybe, maybe not but certainly, he showed like he didn't care. He gave the wrong replies which he regrets sending out. The boy thought about it again. Was he trying to compare himself? No way. He was himself and there was nothing to compare since everyone's different. So what does the boy like? "I like just the way she is" was the final answer to the various questionings. Somehow it just felt right. He knew it was important to move in yet at the same time, she seemed happy already. And, that was all that mattered. As long as she's happy. Will things go back to the way they were? Maybe...but cracks will appear and boy wonders when will he return back to how he was before. Maybe he needs some time alone...or maybe he needs some guiding light. For now, boy seeks solace in work cos it will drown him and keep him busy from thinking too much about anything else. That's what he thinks. |
