Staying true to promises./ 9:57 PM

You know, when things goes awry and sometimes awfully wrong. Or when people start to deviate from their initial positions and perhaps forgetting what the original promises were.

You'd probably be pondering, so what went wrong, who's at fault, who changed blah blah blah.

It's easy to be sucked into the vortex of negativism and it's definitely much easier than you think just turn your back, close an eye or two, on the things that you had committed yourself into. That applies to any forms of commitments you made to any individual or individuals for that matter of factly.

Then when the going gets tough and things seem tougher by the day, perhaps to foolhardy will be the ones who are willing to stick their head into the thick of action and press on. I salute these group of foolhardies for they are the ones don't wait for things to happen...they make them happen. I truly thank these bunch of people for their dedication, commitment and work ethics have made me seen a better side of them.

In times of trouble, I know who I can fall back on. When people aren't doing the things they're supposed to do, are we supposed to blame them? Or do we also have a part to play for not delegating jobs and pressing them on. We have different priorities in life and as human, it is inadvertently we will try to impose our standards and expectations of ourselves unto others.

As much as how leaders perform by example of taking on jobs that no one wants to take, then comes another issue, the issue of delegation. I've seen it happen too many times and the signs were early too this time. We shouldn't be harping on the problems when it's the solutions we need to seek. Yet, ignoring the problems might cause even bigger ones later on.

That is why, we need the kind of wisdom to see the bigger picture; the humility of accepting that we are imperfect and there's still so much we can learn from one another; the perserverance to see through the toughest of times; and the belief that we can contribute if we try hard enough, proactive enough and inspire the people around us to bear that same kind of belief.

It won't be long before all these are gone. By then, we can only look back and reminiscent of what we've done, could've done & shouldn't have done. Till then, I can only beckon everyone to stay focus and let's steer this ship to achieve something greater. We wouldn't know what we can achieve until we really try it, isn't it?

the tagboard must be in this format, otherwise will be deemed unusable and ugly, out of place. It must be in a width of maximum 230px; which cannot be any smaller as well.

It has to be a total height of 200px as well, otherwise it will stretch and become ugly. and you can look at the screenshot for reference of how it will look like when it's perfect.
