Unwind/ 10:07 PM The weekend's gone in a flash. It's been a rather fulfilling weekend for me. It would have been better if not for my flu. Now I just hope I'll recover just in time to meet with the challenges in the new week. Went for ntu open house yesterday. Didn't really matter to me much cos I've known what I want. At least had some of my queries answered by the students there. I really look forward to the weekends cos it's my time to unwind after a week at work. Went gym yesterday with jinhan, james, zhanxing and jiankai yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised that my physical strength and endurance has improved quite a bit as compared to in January. Can't be helped. I've gotta keep fit and my ippt window is opening in 2 months' time. Had an enjoyable soccer session today as well. I had a goal disallowed cos some jokers claimed they were 'unprepared'. Gay man...they were juz not prepared to lose so early...haha. I played a more steady game at the back rather that playing upfront. Can't wait to play my 2nd field match next saturday. I guess I shouldn't let my heart wander now..maybe it's just infatuation. Can't blame since I'm 'fresh' out of ns and that's where some sort of 'desperation' kicks in yet again. As for now, time to control my emotions and I need to clear my mind of such distractions... |
