Oh yeah!/ 11:03 PM

I've finally got my 2 wheeler! Ok...though it isn't a real bike, at least I've got wheels. It's a dream to have my 4 wheels eventually but that will remain a dream for a pretty long time. How to afford a car when I can't even cover my own uni tuition fees? Besides, the maintenance fees for a car alone will kill me, especially in Singapore.

It's been my dream to own a new mountain bike since primary 6. At that time, I've outgrown my obiang bike. On the day when I was supposed to go choose a new bike, it just happened that my other family members had to witness a fatal accident of a cyclist. Though it's been so many years, I know that they will still frown upon knowing that I've went on to get a mountain bike despite their disapproval all these years. I know I've gotta win their trust. I believe I can do it over time. It's my responsibility to observe safety rules and never allow myself to get into trouble or accident. I remembered on the day of my TP, the instructor who took me for warm-up ride encouraged me to learn motorbike cos he said he's quite impressed with my driving. "Smooth and natural driving" he said. Of cos lah. I was trained by my dad back in Malaysia before I even signed up for driving lessons. Though quite paiseh with his compliments, I had to reject his offer. It's a family rule that NO ONE LEARNS MOTORBIKE. I'd be disowned if I did break that rule. Scary.

I knew that it would be a sooner or later thing before I own a mountain bike. I just didn't expect it to happen so soon. I think it's a rare opportunity cos Junlin happened to be looking for a bike too and we went browsing at jurong west, cck and chinatown. We eventually settled for the shop at chinatown cos the lady boss offered us quite a good deal. We went for some riding and before we knew it, we paid for the stuff and were informed that the bike would be delivered to my place in 3 hours time. Whoa! Talk about efficiency... I can foresee what James that monkey will say when he sees both of us with our bikes. Abit gay cos both of us bought the same bike model and worse still, both same colour cos no other choices. Ha...well, we both don't mind =)

I guess there will be more frequent outings with the guys out on our bikes from now on. Cant wait to go on a long ride out or night cycling. Imagine the wind blowing at your face. The speed, the freedom. Woo~~ It's just 84 days to my ORD and about a month before I start clearing leave. Life's sweet once I start clearing leave. I've had enough of all the crap NS has thrown at me already. I'm prepared for civilian life. Oh yeah..

the tagboard must be in this format, otherwise will be deemed unusable and ugly, out of place. It must be in a width of maximum 230px; which cannot be any smaller as well.

It has to be a total height of 200px as well, otherwise it will stretch and become ugly. and you can look at the screenshot for reference of how it will look like when it's perfect.
