weekend again/ 9:12 AM I'm relieved that I made it to another weekend again! It was a stressful week for me cos I couldn't meet the sales target and worse still, 4 candidates walked out on the job offer and a few went MIA when the interviews were arranged with them. What a way to 'boost' my confidence as well as my colleagues' confidence in me. Maybe sometimes I do think too much. I get harped by my failures and I wallow in that sense of guilt and self-worthlessness. I need to get out of this shell...if I fail, time to move on. Shan't allow myself to feel extra guilty after 5minutes. I was supposed to head to the gym this morning but my gym buddies jinhan and co are now enjoying their asses in Taiwan. They even had the cheek to buy a one-way ticket and will be back once they (a) had enough seeing all the bing1 lang2 mei4 (b) run low on their finances. They've been there since the 13th so I supposed they ought to be back by next week, in time for next sat's gym session. Going to play field soccer later in the afternoon. Let's hope everything goes well. No rain, no fights, no injuries. Victory is secondary. The most important thing is that we have a fun and enjoyable game. Hmmz, think it's time for a haircut too. Hair's getting fluffy and out of shape. Sweat more easily nowadays so shorter hair easier to maintain. It might be a new better start for me in the new week.. |
