Last 3-1, i hope -.-"/ 9:25 PM

Considering my 20th birthday just a couple of days' back and sort of ace-ing my driving test on my 1st attempt, I guess that would be an end to the excuses I can think of for me to indulge in various kinds of treats. We've officially moved to new Northern, which I honestly think is much more spectacular than the former one. More modern technology (and usable equipments!) have been put into use, which makes our job look and completed with a more professional touch. This however, doesn't go out to show that we're totally satisfied with the new emplacement and its facilities.

No doubt it's much nicer in a way, we seriously need to consider installing air-con in the bunk! Perhaps we should let those opponents of the idea to sleep in the bunk throughout the afternoon and they'll realise how hot, stuffy and poorly-ventilated the place can be. I sort of miss the old northern for all the memories I had of that place. Right after OJT in base, I mounted duty over there and never looked back since. It was a great place to mount cos it was a 'mini outpost' from base, yet we enjoyed fairly the same convenience as base does, plus we have access to Changi V which is 100m directly infront of our G2 gate. I had my fair share of experiences at the old northern too. Mounting with the lao jiaos, saw a couple of cobras, experiencing my 1st knee-deep flood n witnessing a burning car at the changi v junction (back to back mounts with sgt teck yong helping sgt teng kee ta duty), talks of ghosts but yet to experience any etc. It wasn't a bad place to mount really despite the poor reputation it held previously for through FDS, I've learnt to see, and at the same time appreciate, the little good side of things rather the negative side.

Just got a treat from Theva who's from shift 3 during breakfast at Tampines. He was from paya lebar fdc and the 1st person I shadowed at Echo 7 during my OJT. I could still remember during that mount with him, he genna scolded by 1 'bitch' (whom i shall not name =P) near BCP for a mistake he obviously he did not make. Rolex often used him as an example to psycho us to have a more positive and enthusiastic attitude towards GOH but oh well...some of us already know the truth to those claims! =D A person who doesn't put on airs, nice guy to talk to, very smart and witty fella who shall be sorely missed by all who've mounted duties with him. All the best Theva...I shall meet ya again in NTU around 1 yr 3 mths' time!

Oh well, guess it'll be a new challenge all over again at the new gate. We shall survive, no doubt. Today marks the final day of my 3-1 duties. Hopefully, things will get better...

the tagboard must be in this format, otherwise will be deemed unusable and ugly, out of place. It must be in a width of maximum 230px; which cannot be any smaller as well.

It has to be a total height of 200px as well, otherwise it will stretch and become ugly. and you can look at the screenshot for reference of how it will look like when it's perfect.
