Impossible is Nothing/ 1:58 AM

It's 2am now and I'm still not sleeping. Think muz be some of the caffeine screwing my system. Msged some of my friends that I was off to sleep near 12midnight cos it's been been physically demanding for me these past few days, with a gym session, soccer and a whole day of kayaking squeezed within a span of 4 days. Not enough time for the body to recover but I believe mind over matter. Ha!

Kayaking wasn't too bad. Though I'd become roasted meat by the end of the session but it rained almost the whole day instead. Went Beach Road to eat the hawker food in wet clothes- the attire I wore out to sea. It certainly didn't help with cold wind blowing~ The moment I reached home, the hot shower was extremely inviting. I think Mike is traumatised cos of the chilly and wet conditions. Well, if there was a hot babe around, perhaps he'd be more fired up. Ha!

*Warning: Soccer rants & chants ahead!*

I couldn't miss the temptation of catching the midnight match between Tottenham and my beloved Newcastle. Both are attacking teams and I was sure that it would be a fiery attacking game, especially with Tottenham having a point to prove after losing to Newcastle 3-1 previously.

Indeed it proved to be. I was rewarded with a match of 5 goals. Goal fest! =D Though injury-ravaged (11 senior players injured! OMG), Newcastle proved that they can play quality football even with their youth filling in the shoes of the missing seniors. That's what I call taking up responsibility and learning from experience. Though I had misgivings regarding the gaffer (Glenn Roeder), I truly respect his management skills with the almost-depleted squad he has and his trust in the youth. A fiery match ensued between the 2 teams and I was freaking pissed in certain moments of the match like some irritating actions of Berbatov attempting to block Given's drop-kick. And the refs could turn a blind eye to that?!

1-0: Goal to Tottenham by Defoe. Linesman must be blind! He couldn't see a freaking obvious offside! Gosh...I remembered seeing closer positions than this being called offside. Lucky crap...

1-1: Newcastle scores, courtesy of Huntington - 1 of the youth players in the squad. Game on!

2-1: Tottenham grabs the lead again by Berbatov - the irritating guy.

2-2: Game on again! Scored by No.9 Obefami Martins. A screaming left footer heading straight for the top right corner of the post. Everyone thought it was impossible for him to shoot cos of the closed angle but he showed that Impossible Is Nothing. I say it's a worthy contender for goal of the week.

2-3: Nicky Butt scores! Newcastle comes back twice to grab the winner, which shows how much character the team has. They refused to buckle under pressure and continued to fight on. Though they were outrun, outwit and outplayed in certain parts of the game, Newcastle found their renewed spirit in the runs made by Kieron Dyer. Justice is served after Newcastle being tormented by those little irritating actions by Tottenham players. Haha..A win in their homeground is sweeter. So what they score 2 against us? We'll just score more to win it. =D

The adrenaline within me has subsided and I guess it's time for me to catch some sleep. Afterall, I've got cycling tomorrow morning..

the tagboard must be in this format, otherwise will be deemed unusable and ugly, out of place. It must be in a width of maximum 230px; which cannot be any smaller as well.

It has to be a total height of 200px as well, otherwise it will stretch and become ugly. and you can look at the screenshot for reference of how it will look like when it's perfect.
